On March 24, 2026, the MRC de La Vallée-du-Richelieu honoured Le Diamant | Services Infirmiers Mobiles as the local laureate of the 28th Défi OSEntreprendre, recognizing the business as one of the region's most inspiring entrepreneurial initiatives of the year.

Le Diamant was born from a simple but urgent observation. After years working as a clinical nurse in a busy Montreal emergency department, Amina Kadri saw the same pattern repeat itself: patients arriving at emergency because they couldn't get a timely appointment at a clinic, family medicine group, or CLSC. The wait, the stress, the displacement, all for care that could often be delivered more simply, and closer to home.
That observation became a conviction: healthcare should come to patients, not the other way around. So Amina set out to build a new kind of nursing clinic, one without walls, without waiting rooms, and without barriers.
Le Diamant | Mobile Nursing Services is the result: a mobile nursing clinic that travels directly to patients' homes, workplaces, or living environments to provide fast, professional, and deeply human care.
Amina brings to every visit the clinical rigour developed throughout her career at one of the world's top university hospital centres, the CHUM in Montréal. Her dual background in nursing and microbiology, combined with hands-on emergency experience, means that every assessment, every procedure, every follow-up is grounded in the highest clinical standards.
But what sets Amina apart isn't only her credentials. It's her belief that care should always feel human. Every patient is welcomed with listening, respect, and dignity, and every service is adapted to the patient's reality, rhythm, and comfort.
The Story Behind the Name
The diamond is not chosen lightly. A diamond forms under immense pressure before revealing its true strength and value. This image reflects Amina's own journey: immigrating to a new country, rebuilding a professional path, returning to school, and navigating different healthcare environments, all while remaining committed to excellence.
It also represents the clinic's promise. Like a diamond, the care offered by Le Diamant must be solid, reliable, and of the highest quality, while remaining profoundly human.
