By accessing this website or submitting a booking request through lediamant-services-infirmiers.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

Le Diamant | Services Infirmiers Mobiles provides mobile nursing services at the patient's home, workplace, or place of residence in the Vallée-du-Richelieu region and surrounding areas, by a registered nurse (infirmière clinicienne) licensed with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).

Services include: ear cleaning (ear irrigation), injections of prescribed medications, wound care and dressing changes, suture and staple removal, vital signs measurement, and home nursing visits. Services are performed within the nurse's scope of practice as defined by the OIIQ.

All appointments are booked exclusively through our partner platform ClicSanté (portal3.clicsante.ca).

ClicSanté's own terms of service and privacy policy govern the booking process on their platform.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion.

Service rates are communicated before any intervention. A travel fee applies to each visit.

An official receipt will be issued upon request for reimbursement by private insurance or for tax filing purposes.

Our services are not covered by the Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ).

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, to respect the time of our team and other patients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or modification of an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $40 administrative fee.

In the event of absence at the agreed address upon our arrival, full travel fees will be charged.

Our nurses reserve the right to refuse to provide care if the environment is unsafe, if the patient is aggressive, or if the required care exceeds our scope of expertise or requires emergency medical attention. In such cases, you will be directed to the appropriate resources.

To receive services, you must: provide accurate contact information; be present at the agreed address at the agreed time; for injection services, hold a valid, current prescription and the medication to be administered; and disclose any known allergies, contraindications, or relevant health conditions to the nurse at the start of the visit.

Our services are intended for non-emergency, non-urgent situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 9-1-1 immediately.

Our liability for nursing services provided is governed by the professional liability framework applicable to registered nurses in Quebec and, where applicable, our professional liability insurance.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of this website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
